PASE Drop-In
Do you need to "Drop-In" to PASE for just today, tomorrow or next week?
Drop-In students do not participate regularly, only on an occasional basis.
Drop-Ins will be placed according to space and availability
Drop-Ins cannot be guaranteed participation in regularly scheduled classes or programs.

2025-26 SMCS Program of After School Enrichment (PASE) Drop-In Request
The Program of After School Enrichment (PASE) is an extension of the academic school day and provides a safe, caring environment where respect for Christian values is evident. It involves a well-planned atmosphere without being restrictive, as well as one which is productive. Our program seeks to provide opportunities for progressive academic enrichment, time to complete homework, research, or required reading for success in their studies.
Students enrolled in St. Mary’s Catholic School are the only students eligible to participate in the Program of After School Enrichment and students must be enrolled for specific classes.
The Program of After School Enrichment divides programs by grade level. Some programs may vary in accordance with activity requirements and availability. Each is available to all students in the respective grade levels.

What is "Homeroom"?
Homeroom is our advancement to the Google Form registration and will require a few new steps to begin your AMP registration process.To create an account on Homeroom:
Select ‘Log in’ in the upper right-hand corner
Below, log in, select ‘New to Homeroom? Sign Up’
Select the ‘Parent’ account option
Create student profiles for each child who will participate in enrichment activities
If you have a spouse or family member who would like to receive emails pertaining to enrichment, add them as a CC in the family tab
HINT: After accessing your account in Homeroom and if you get a little lost finding classes, you need to access our Homeroom landing page:

Option 2) Navigate to our school website (shortest route? https://smcst.org ) and select the needed link at the bottom of the page: Athletics, Music or PASE.

Classes are added to your cart and held for 25 minutes
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist
If/when a space becomes available, you will receive an email to register and enroll (24 hours until the invite expires)
Select the students name from the drop-down and your dismissal option
Complete payment by adding a credit card or selecting Affirm for a 0% interest payment plan
You will receive a confirmation email immediately- All receipts will be found in your Homeroom account in the ‘Payment’ tab
PASE Change and Withdrawal Procedure:
- Email [email protected] to assist with cancellation of your PASE enrollment.
- We will assist with change in your plan as quickly as possible.
- If you need to discontinue a recurring monthly plan, please notify in advance of the 1st to assist with removal of the recurring monthly charge.
