FACTS has a great customer service department you can call to help you with any requests or issues.  The FACTS customer service number is (866)441-4637. You may find this number, as well as additional help, on your FACTS account website by logging into FACTS through ParentsWeb/RenWeb.

Weekly classroom newsletters are found in FACTS Family App. Be sure to check here weekly for important information from your child's teacher.

Parents and students often want to know how to view a report card AFTER the report card link sent each quarter expires. Yes, the quarterly links but DO expire after two weeks, although, there is another way to view. So you still need access to a report card after two weeks? Sure! Sometimes you do.
